At AT&T, deSouza is immersed with leading enterprise accounts to craft innovative Mobility and Software Defined Networking solutions in support of their strategic business transformation initiatives.

Al Kinel and Strategic Interests work with health systems, health plans, practices, long-term care providers, collaboratives, and vendors on strategies and initiatives to create a long-lasting, positive impact through the innovative use of IT. Kinel is a thought-leader, community activist, and catalyst who excels in Strategy, Population Health, Interoperability, Medical Imaging, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and other digital health solutions. He is active with associations such as HIMSS and TechRochester, on several boards, supports several startups, and provides leadership for our community’s effort to accelerate digital health venture activity. He received a BS in MIS from the SUNY at Albany, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Andres Kwasinski, PhD
Professor & Graduate Program Director at the Department of Computer Engineering, Rochester Institute of Technology
Before joining RIT, Dr. Andres Kwasinski was with the Wireless Infrastructure group at Texas Instruments, working on digital signal processors for LTE and WiMAX base stations. Dr. Kwasinski has co-authored more than ninety publications in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He has also co-authored the books, “Cooperative Communications and Networking” (Cambridge University Press, 2009) and “3D Visual Communications” (Wiley, 2013). He is currently an Area Editor for the IEEE Signal Processing Magazine and Chief Editor of the IEEE Signal Processing Repository (SigPort). Dr. Kwasinski has been an Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications and the IEEE Wireless Communications Letters. Dr. Kwasinski is an IEEE Senior member.
