Tap into TEN, join a community that values risk takers
When like-minded people share a common vision and work together to fulfill its promise, great things can happen. This is the experience shared during a four-month program managed by The Entrepreneurs Network.
Based in Rochester, we are a resource that has served 394 rising entrepreneurs from 357 ventures. Most have been referred to us from partners in the Finger Lakes region; while others travel from Ithaca, Saratoga, Buffalo and Syracuse for this unique experience.
We select and support tech startups and small businesses with the greatest potential for building profitable, scalable and sustainable ventures. TEN entrepreneurs seek to make the world better by creating innovative products and commercializing new technology. The program was developed and is taught by business leaders and investors. This real-world perspective grounds the experience in practicality and pragmatism.
The Entrepreneurs Network provides all the information you need to develop a winning growth strategy, and then connects you with the resources needed to make it happen. TEN coaches have years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, fundraising and scaling operations. Participants gain a big picture view of business, connecting the dots between sales and marketing, personnel and operations, and financial performance. TEN instructors and coaches will help you integrate what you learn into an effective strategy tailored to the goals you have for yourself and your business.
More importantly, TEN entrepreneurs gain a network of business and technical experts who can help you avoid the pitfalls and seize opportunities as soon as they arise. And paradoxically, instructors and coaches gain as much as we give. There is great camaraderie among kindred spirits. We achieve more together.
While we cannot guarantee success, we are building a community that values risk taking. TEN alumni don’t fail; they fail forward into other opportunities, better equipped to succeed. This is the promise that I commit to deliver. If you are ready to learn and teach, receive and give constructive feedback, consider joining The Entrepreneurs Network. The deadline to apply for TEN Class XXIV is Monday, March 12.
